Creating a kuori account is quick and easy. Click on Create account, fill in the registration form and follow the steps.
You can also shop as a guest, but you will not be able to save your tickets or manage your orders, among other things.
As a registered user you will be able to make quick purchases, view your purchase history, receive special promotions and personalized recommendations.
Select the products you are interested in and add them to the cart through the Add to Cart button. Once you have finished selecting the products to buy, click on Checkout and follow the Shipping and Payment steps.
No, you can buy whatever you want without adding more products to your purchase.
From kuori we will send you an email every time the status of your order progresses in the process. In addition, if you are registered as a customer, you can track your order in the My Account section.
You will only be able to cancel your order before it is In preparation.

If you have a discount code and want to use it, just enter it in the Gift Card or discount code box and click Use, before finalizing your purchase.
The waiting time from the moment you place your order until you receive it is 24 to 72 working hours.
In the first 24 hours we take care of preparing your order taking care of all the details and the logistics company will send it to you within the following 24 to 48 hours.
kuori will not be responsible for failure to deliver your products in cases of force majeure, weather, disruption or strike of transport services, flood or fire.
kuori offers free shipping for orders of 15€ or more.
If your purchase is of a lower amount, shipping costs are 3.50€, for Peninsular shipments, 9.50€ for Balearic Islands and 14.5€ for the Canary Islands.
You have a period of 30 calendar days to manage the exchange or return of your order. In order to process it, the product must be in perfect condition and show no signs of use.
Personalized orders do not admit exchanges and/or returns.
It is essential to present or send the purchase receipt.
If the return is processed online, the refund period is a maximum of 5 working days from receipt and validation in our distribution center.
