Creating a kuori account is quick and easy. Click on Create Account, fill in the registration form and follow the steps.
You can also shop as a guest, but you will not be able to save your vouchers or manage your orders, among other things.
As a registered user you will be able to make quick purchases, view your purchase history, receive special promotions and personalized recommendations.
To modify your data in kuori, you only have to access My Account, click on the View Addresses button and in the Edit section, modify the desired data.
From the My Account section, you can click on the Forgot your password? button and follow the steps indicated. You can also send us an email to email@example.com to have us reset your password.
Select the products you are interested in and add them to the cart through the Add to Cart button. Once you have finished selecting the products to buy, click on Checkout and follow the Shipping and Payment steps.
No, you can buy whatever you want without adding more products to your purchase.
From kuori we will send you an email every time the status of your order progresses in the shipping process. In addition, if you are registered as a customer, you can track your order in the My Account section.
You will only be able to cancel your order before it is In preparation.
The payment methods accepted by kuori are:
- Credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Maestro and American Express).
- Shop Pay
- Apple Pay
- Google Pay
- Scalapay (three interest-free installments)
If you have a discount code and want to use it, just enter it in the Gift Card or discount code box and click Use, before finalizing your purchase.
The waiting time from the time you place your order until you receive it is 24 to 48 working hours.
In the first 24 hours we take care of preparing your order taking care of all the details and the logistics company will send it to you within the following 24 to 48 hours.
kuori will not be responsible for failure to deliver your products in cases of force majeure, weather, disruption or strike of transport services, flood or fire.
kuori offers free shipping on orders of 30€ or more.
If your purchase is of a lower amount, shipping costs 3.95€.

You will be able to modify your shipping address as long as the order has not been shipped, in the Edit section of My Account or by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Returns and exchanges
In kuori we offer free returns and exchanges*, having a period of 30 calendar days from the date of shipment of the order.
Items must be returned in perfect condition, unused and in their original packaging to guarantee the payment of the refund.
Personalized orders do not admit exchanges and/or returns.

*The first exchange is free, with the following ones costing 3.95€.
**In sales season or special promotions conditions vary; if you make a return and after the same the amount of your ticket is less than 30€, shipping costs will be charged, deducting them from the total amount to be refunded.

The reimbursement period is a maximum of 5 working days from receipt and validation of the product in our distribution center.
